Returns and Refunds
According to art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or personalized products and for digital content provided via non-material support with acceptance of execution. In cases provided by law, withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from delivery. The product must be returned unused, intact, and complete with the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or the error is attributable to DBR S.R.L.
