The Secret of Sound and Power
The heart of DBR performance lies in the choice of materials: we use exclusively high-quality P04 sheet metal. Unlike common steel, P04 sheet metal offers superior resonance capacity, ensuring that essential "wave return" to efficiently empty and fill the cylinder.
Each expansion is hand-hammered and precisely welded to guarantee perfect internal volumes. The visible welds and handcrafted finish give your bike a DBR Factory look, identical to competition motorcycles.
Choose Your Finish: Maintenance or Total Protection
We offer two options for managing your P04 iron expansion:
- Racing Finish (Oil): For purists. The exhaust is supplied raw; maintenance involves the classic application of a thin layer of oil after washing to prevent oxidation and keep the metal "alive".
- Transparent Cerakote™ Treatment: The ultimate rustproof solution. A high-temperature ceramic coating that seals the P04 sheet metal, protecting it from mud and moisture without hiding the spectacular welds and the natural color of the metal.

⚠️ IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE NOTE:
If you purchased the exhaust in the Racing Finish version (without Cerakote treatment), remember that P04 iron has no protection. To preserve the integrity and appearance of the exhaust, it is essential to dry it after each wash and apply a protective product.

Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 40–45 business days from payment confirmation. Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 3–5 business days. All times indicated refer to business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and company closure periods. Any special processing or treatments requested by the customer, including but not limited to Transparent Anti-Rust Cerakote, involve an estimated production time extension of about 1 additional week, as these are performed by external suppliers and not directly at our production facility. For urgent needs, Rapid Production services are available with delivery within 10 or 20 business days, with costs varying based on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order volume. Once shipped, the customer will receive the tracking number via email. Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, or extraordinary circumstances. Returns and Refunds
According to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or personalized products and for digital content provided via non-material support with acceptance of execution. Where permitted by law, withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned unused, intact, and complete with the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the error is attributable to DBR S.R.L. In case of a defective or non-compliant product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by sending photographic documentation to assistenza@dbrfactory.com.
